There’s no one-size-fits-all here. Your first session starts with an assessment of your current fitness level, movement quality, and goals. From there, we build a structured, progressive program that combines resistance training, functional movement patterns, and conditioning work to drive real, measurable results.

Who It’s For

Our Strength & Conditioning program works for everyone from complete beginners to competitive athletes. If you’ve never lifted before, we’ll teach you the fundamentals safely and progressively. If you’re a seasoned gym-goer, we’ll push your performance to the next level with periodized programming you probably haven’t experienced before.

Classes run Mon–Sat 6AM–10PM and Sunday 8AM–8PM, based at Dubai Silicon Oasis. Small group sizes mean you get real coaching attention — not just access to equipment. Book a free trial today.
